Every TND migration includes a documented, tested rollback plan. If we detect an issue after cutover that
can't be resolved quickly, we revert to the source system — which has been kept live throughout the process -
and your operations continue without interruption. No TND client has experienced an unrecoverable migration failure, but the rollback plan exists precisely so you never have to.


The practical difference comes down to where the data gets shaped into its final form. In the approach TND uses
for Odoo migrations, cleaning and mapping happen before any record reaches the destination — so what 
lands in Odoo is already correct, validated, and properly structured. The alternative — loading raw data first and 
transforming it inside the destination — works better when you're building a separate analytics layer and 
want to preserve the original records alongside the processed version. TND uses the first approach for
Odoo migrations and live integration pipelines, and the second when clients want a standalone data warehouse for reporting that sits alongside Odoo's transactional database.


We handle on-premise, cloud-to-cloud, on-premise-to-cloud, and hybrid migrations. The extraction method
depends on what your source system supports — direct database access, an export API, file-based exports, or a 
combination. We've migrated data from systems still running on Windows Server 2008 and from cloud platforms launched last year. The source system's age or architecture doesn't limit what we can extract.
